New Year, Now, Yoga.
I'm delighted to announce that I'll be teaching Yin and Yang Meridian yoga classes on Zoom starting in January. My intention is to provide the classes as 6 week 'courses'. Essentially prescribing a 'Course of Yoga' for your Mind, Body and Spirit. Hallelujah! Open Yoga!!
The zoom yoga courses offer the perfect environment to either begin or ignite an existing yoga practice from the sanctuary of your home, the place where you connect more with yourself, and less with other distractions or influences. Being in your own zone encourages better alignment from the inside and creates a deeper awareness. 
Whether you're drawn to the slow, meditative holds of Yin yoga that target the deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, tendons) or prefer the more strength-building asana of a Yang practice, I will be structuring the classes to combine both the Yin and Yang, I will include all about the Meridians, Qi, Hatha yoga and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) principles.
The courses will cover the basics and beyond... When we balance the Yin and the Yang, harmony happens. Satisfaction happens. Feeling calm, invigorated, less stressed happens. When we learn how energy moves, how to open the 'highways', we begin to relate more with what's going on from a physiological perspective. Yoga is a science and by releasing tension, (and by tension I mean physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually) we can encourage energy to flow smoothly. This is when healing happens. 
Yoga is accessible to everyone, and I would love the opportunity to share the wisdom with you. Why is Yoga so beneficial? Why are the postures in the shapes that they are? What are Meridians? Why is fascia so important to maintaining good health? What is Asana? What is Qi (Chee)? 
Answers to these questions and more will be revealed.
The first Zoom course will begin in January on Tuesday the 6th at 6pm (UK time). 
2026 is the year of the Fire Horse which brings dynamic energy, passion, and independence, encouraging bold moves and new beginnings.  
Yin Yang Meridian Yoga Zoom Course #1.
Yoga 'courses' are available in 6 week blocks. You may pay per class which is £12.00 or if you would like to pay for the full 6 week term, the cost is £60.00. All classes are 75 minutes long and start at 6pm (UK time). Zoom links will be sent out once purchase has been made.
